You will start with a unique warm-up and then move into some prompt-based exercises. This workshop will finish with a low flow static sequence where you will be able to apply all of the techniques and details you have discovered. Note that things might get weird before they get pretty.
Want to take your static flow to the next level?! In this online workshop you will start with a detailed warm-up and then learn a variety of sequences that refresh the look of foundational moves such as climbs and inversions. You can look forward to dancing low, at base level and just a little higher! Get ready to shift in shape and transition with slink-appeal. Heels suggested. Inversion level.
Join Tia in a class dedicated to her favorite shapes. In this workshop you will learn a variety of shapes and sequences but will also have the freedom to recreate, innovate and find your own signature shape. You will begin with a detailed warm-up and then you will be guided technically while having full creative control to reshape and create your own masterpiece!

In this 2 hour workshop you will focus on tricky low flow sequences. You will start with a detailed warm up and then move into some interesting transitions and shapes which will be incorporated in your static pole dance sequences. The ability to invert and leg hang are suggested. Comfort with different grips suggested but not to worry, progressions and prep work will be given. Get ready to make your static look like magic!

Begin this 2 hour workshop with a detailed warm-up, priming and prepping specific muscle groups. Then get ready to ascend into the ether! You will be given 3 sequences to dance and decorate. You can look forward to learn a beautiful ascending sequence, a highlighted shape/trick, and a descending sequence. Comfort with inversions is required. Progressions will be given!

Experiment with various transitions (ascending/descending) and shape popular tricks in a way that its unique and comfortable to you. This 4 class series will incorporate targeted training and creative guidance. This program has been designed to balance the worlds of conditioning, mobility, and dance. There will be a pattern of one condotioning/mobility class and one pole class. A yoga mat, band, and block are suggested.
Look forward to conditioning dance technique, balance, inversions, ayeshas, shoulder mounts, splits, and backbends. Look forward to pole classes of low flow static sequences, tricky static sequences, spin pole shapes/combos and higher flow on spin (shapes/combos).
Note the pole conditioning class does not require you to have the ability to shoulder mount or ayesha. Exercises and prep work will be the focus.

In this 2 hour online static pole workshop you can look forward to a detailed warm up and techniques to assist in the refinement of your climbs & helicopters. Aside from the technicalities you can look forward to exploring and savoring every shape you may create or pass through. A sequence will also be given, however you can deconstruct and recreate as you like! There is lots of room for creativity!
*Inter pole (comfortability with helicopter, climbs and leg hangs)
In this 2 hour online workshop you will be given a detailed warm up and a variety of sequences to execute and explore. The focus of this workshop is technique and alignment, though you will be encouraged to detail and decorate your dance as you like! You can look forward to heel tech & edgework, lines, posture & shapes, wrapped up in smooth transitions. Heels required!
*Advanced Beginner+
In this 4 week online series you can look forward to refining and decorating aerial transitions while delving into beautiful shapes. You will be given targeted exercises to assist with refining specific transitions while learning how to enjoy and give purpose to each shape you pass through. This series is suggested for intermediate pole dancers. Comfort with aerial inversions & climbs required.
In this 3 week series learn a variety of sequences with different areas of focus. Linger in your movement and decorate your dance. You can be sure to slither and slide in socks, explore tricky transitions and create captivating leg work. Heel friendly! Knowledge of shoulder rolls are ideal!
This series is designed to help build comfort and confidence on spin. Starting off slow in week 1 and progressing up to week 4, you will be given sequences to dance, practice and train. Each class will focus on techniques associated with lifting, muscle engagement, speed, shapes, and flow. This entire series will remain low. No lifting beyond arms-reach and no inversions required. This series is not designed for the absolute beginner pole dancer.

The focus of this workshop is to use foundational intermediate pole moves and make them feel real good!!! Starting with a targeted warm up and then moving onto spin pole, you will learn helpful breathing tips and techniques to make the "basics" feel and look like a work of art.

Different from all other Erotech Series, you will spend the first few weeks WITH OUT heels. The purpose is to develop an understanding of engagement that should be applied when we are dancing in heels. Though these classes have a technical focus, you will notice there will also be a connective and creative edge. Everything that will be danced heelless will be translated to heels, Low Flow, Edgework, Basework all found in translation.
In this 3 week series you will receive a detailed break down of tricks and transitions that will be incorporated within the sequences given. A banquet/metal chair will be required i.e. Flash Furniture HERCULES Series Stacking Banquet Chair. Comfort will should stands, headstands and rolls suggested.

There will be illusion splits and large lined shapes to explore! Extreme flexibility is not required! In this 4 week static pole series you will be given sequences to dance and explore. You will execute sequences up the pole, at ground level and around the base. This series will be stamina, strength and technique building. The opportunity to explore, build and innovate movement is encouraged. This series is designed to help build comfort and confidence on spin. Starting off slow (really slow) with Episode 1 and progressing up to Episode 4, you will be given sequences to dance, practice and train. Each episode will focus on techniques associated with lifting, muscle engagement, speed, shapes, and flow. Please be advised that each method taught in an episode will need to be applied to the episode after. Each episode is meant to build on to the next. This entire series will remain low. No lifting beyond arms-reach and no inversions required. This series is not designed for the absolute beginner pole dancer. Having knowledge in pole dance fundamentals is recommended (pirouette, chair spin, lifting weight out from feet, bracket grip, cup grip).
About the Recordings
Each episode is pre-recorded (not live). Vimeo will be the video host. You will also be able to download each episode.
Each video is between 60-90 minutes in length. It is suggested to put aside 90-120 minutes for each video. This way you can pause the video after each sequence to dance, practice and record before moving on.
Internet connection will be needed only to view and download the videos. If downloaded, you can take your videos anywhere, on the go!

This workshop is suited for most levels. Knowledge of pole fundamentals and basic grips (pirouette, dip, baseball grip, basic/true grip etc..) are encouraged.
In this pre-recorded workshop you will touch on different areas of focus (Posture, Lines & Edgework) to help refine movement and build proper technique. You will be given a series of drills to apply the techniques and methods taught. Due to the intense nature of this workshop, it is suggested you break mid-way, for as long as you may need. After the drills, there will be a series of sequences to learn and connect into one beautiful flow.
