This series is not suitable for beginners and is intended for dancers at a solid inversion level who are looking to condition, prepare for, and refine the foundations of their Ayesha while working toward a future Handspring. Execution of an Ayesha or Handspring is not required, and dancers do not have to attempt these skills during the series.
The focus will be on targeted conditioning, preparatory drills, and skill-building exercises designed to develop strength, confidence, and control. Various grips, entries, and exits will be explored to deepen understanding and create a more informed, sustainable approach to Ayesha work. 90 min - 120 min each class/day.
