Tia has nearly two decades of dance experience. A trained dancer with a passion and appreciation for the art of Erotic Dance. Tia is best recognized for her slow and ethereal flow. She loves sharing her knowledge of technique while still giving space and freedom for people to explore organic movement.

Pole Plus Program

This program has been designed to balance the worlds of conditioning, mobility, and dance.

There will be 2 classes a week. The 1st class will be a form of conditioning and/or mobility and the 2nd class will be a pole class. A yoga mat, band, and block are suggested.

Look forward to conditioning dance technique, balance, inversions, ayeshas, shoulder mounts, splits, and backbends. Look forward to pole classes of low flow static sequences, tricky sequences, spin pole shapes/combos and higher flow static to spin shapes/combos.

All classes will be recorded on zoom and separately in HD. You will receive the zoom recordings as well as a link to the vimeo page where all of the HD videos can be viewed and downloaded.

You do not have to attend live to receive the recordings. Offline assistance will be given (if required) via whatsapp.

This program is ideal for dancers who are getting comfortable with their inversions and more inter/advanced students looking for a balanced training routine. Each class will be 90 minutes, however, you can expect to run a little over-time. Questions and conversation are encouraged.

*Note* the pole conditioning class does not require you to have the ability to shoulder mount or ayesha. Exercises and prep work will be the focus.

-water

-clothing layers (warm up clothes, shorts etc.)

-strong internet and zoom

-notebook/journal

07/17 - Low Flow - Tricky Static Sequences (heels optional)

07/22 - Pole Conditioning for Inversions, shoulder mounts & ayeshas

07/24 - Low Flow Spin - Shapes & Combos

07/29 - Mobility - Splits & Back Bends

07/31 - Higher Flow Static to Spin - Shapes &Combo
